What’s SCORES and what does it do?
Designed to allow buyers to file complaints on-line, SCORES was launched by SEBI in June 2011. The platform facilitates the submitting of complaints associated to the securities market, firms, intermediaries and market infrastructure establishments (MIIs) on-line.
An improved model of the platform, known as SCORES 2.0, was rolled out in April 2024.
