Proposed privatisation accepted by unitholders
Unitholders of Paragon REIT have voted in favour of the Belief Scheme of Association to privatise and delist Paragon REIT on the EGM and Scheme Assembly held on 22 April.
The decision to amend the Paragon Belief Deed was handed, with 98.77% of the entire variety of votes solid by Unitholders current and voting in particular person or by proxy voting in favour.
The decision to approve the Paragon Scheme was additionally handed, with 82.78% of the entire variety of Unitholders current and voting in particular person or by proxy, and 97.57% of the entire worth of items held by Unitholders current and voting in particular person or by proxy, voting in favour.
