This free train-the-trainer webinar collection is designed for organizations to achieve worthwhile abilities and instruments to facilitate their very own strategic planning. Primarily based on the Ministry of Rural Affairs’ Strategic Planning Useful resource handbook, this step-by-step interactive webinar collection will assist organizations enhance their effectiveness, strengthen their volunteer management abilities, and construct a community of volunteers and leaders to assist one another.

We’re in search of organizations that:

• are prepared to take part within the strategic planning course of
• have dedication from the Board of Administrators

• aren’t in a disaster
